Privacy Policy Effective Date: May 14, 2023.

At PowerPal, we are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our PowerPal service, including any associated websites, mobile applications, or other services we offer (collectively referred to as the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when using the Service, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We only collect personal information necessary to provide and improve our Service.

1.2 Usage Data

We may collect information about your usage of the Service, including interactions, preferences, and settings. This information helps us personalize and enhance your experience with PowerPal.

1.3 Device Information

We may collect information about your device, including the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information. This information helps us optimize and improve the Service's performance and security.

1.4 Conversations Data

We collect and store your conversations with PowerPal to ensure that our AI chatbot and avatars can provide a personalized and effective experience.
Our advanced AI avatars rely on this data, utilizing the contextual information from your conversations to learn, adapt, and enhance their performance.
All conversations are stored in an encrypted format, ensuring your data is secure. Additionally, the data is stored in an anonymous form, meaning it is not associated with any identifiable personal information. This ensures that your identity is not linked to the stored conversation data.
We prioritize your privacy, employing robust security measures to protect and keep your data confidential.

Access to your conversation data is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel. Conversations may be reviewed to improve service quality or address technical issues. However, this review process is randomly conducted, meaning the likelihood of any specific conversation being reviewed is low. Even if a conversation is reviewed, it is done without attaching personal identifiers, ensuring the data remains confidential and protected.

You have the right to delete your conversation history at any time, as outlined in Section 6. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers, and PowerPal will no longer have access to your previous interactions.
